Treatment Approaches:
When working with clients I strive to have a client-centred practice built from a systems and attachment theory foundation, which means that I seek to understand my clients within their larger systems to help gain insight into their individual concerns that arise in therapy. I utilize an integrative approach which involves merging various therapeutic approaches together to meet that needs of each unique client. The following are a few of the various approaches that I utilize in my practice.
-  Observed Experiential Integration (OEI)
-  Lifespan Integration (LI)
-  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-  Mindfulness & Relaxation
-  Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples
-  Family Therapy
-  Expressive Therapy
-  Play Therapy
